Information Needed For a Tech Support Call

Full name, company name, telephone number,extension and e-mail address.

MAS 90 or MAS 200 version/data level.

Report any 3rd party enhancements or Custom Programming added to the original installation.

Provide a print screen of the specific error message you are receiving and a description of the problem.

Provide Error Listing Report from MAS 90 or MAS 200.

Has anything changed since it ran correctly?

Is this a system wide problem or with a specific user?
