Certifications
All our instructors are Sage Software certified Trainers and use Sage Software Certified Course Curriculum as training guides.

We offer module specific training for both setup and workflow and will design a training program that specifically addresses the needs of your organization.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
TeamKBS offers a variety of technical support options including:

  • Help Desk Support
    Some issues can be resolved with a simple telephone call from the client to our product support team.
  • On-site Technical Support
    Other issues may require travel to the client site for issue resolution.
  • Remote Access Dial-In Support
    When applicable, TeamKBS uses remote access support tools that give us the ability to identify and resolve technical support issues quickly and efficiently.
  • E-mail Support
    Contact our technical support team via email at helpdesk@teamkbs.com.  Your Support Request will be automatically forwarded to our Help Desk.

CUSTOM REPORT WRITING
Both MAS 90 and MAS 200 offer a comprehensive reporting package “out-of-the-box”.  While these reports provide excellent general information, we find that many of our client request additional reports tailored to their specific business needs.

Our report writing specialists have a strong understanding of the MAS 90 and MAS 200 data file structure.  TeamKBS pairs the knowledge of the data file structure with client specific requirements to extract pertinent information needed for business management and reporting.

DATA CONVERSION
When implementing a new Business Management System, clients are concerned about retaining historical customer, vendor, production and financial information.  Our project managers work with clients to determine which information is critical and bring that information into the new system. 

We typically use the Visual Integrator module to import Customer, Vendor, Inventory Item and GL Account Masterfile data into MAS 90 and MAS 200.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A Project Manager is assigned to each new installation to facilitate a smooth transition from the legacy system to the new system.  Project Managers communicate directly with the client’s Project Leader and keeps them abreast of implementation issues, billing issues and project status.

The Project Manager also acts in the role of a transition manager or change agent often introducing new policies, workflow processes and providing some on-site training.
