Paperless Office

Traditional document management and storage consumes approximately 20% of office space.  It's an expensive and inefficient use of valuable office space.  What’s more, consider the time and money spent manually searching for documents, the possibility for loss or damage to those documents and costs incurred for file loss.

The Paperless Office for MAS 90 and MAS 200 saves money by eliminating the need to use precious office space for storage and provides a backup method to prevent lost files with easy access to archived files.

Paperless Office improves document management by obtaining, accessing, sharing and storing printed output in a networked infrastructure, allowing customers to achieve greater efficiency. 

Paperless Office modules include:

  • Journals & Registers
    Allows printing of MAS 90 & MAS 200 journals and registers in PDF format and provides a Viewer utility for the viewing and deleting of PDF documents.
  • Period-End Processing
    Allows printing of MAS 90 & MAS 200 Period End reports in PDF format and provides a Viewer utility for the viewing and deleting of PDF documents.
  • Accounts Payable Checks & AP Direct Deposit Stubs
    Allows you to generate checks and Direct Deposit stubs as PDF documents.
  • Payroll Direct Deposit Stubs
    Allows you to PDF Direct Deposit stubs for the purpose of emailing them to employees.
  • Statements
    Prints A/R Statements, both graphical and non graphical, as PDF documents.
  • Sales Orders & Invoices
    Prints Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices, both graphical and non-graphical, as PDF documents.
    Prints AR Invoices, both graphical and non-graphical, as PDF documents.
  • Purchase Orders
    Prints Purchase Orders, both graphical and non graphical forms, as PDF documents.
  • Job Cost Invoices
    Prints Job Cost Invoices, both graphical and non-graphical, to a PDF file that can be recalled for viewing on a Customer or Job basis. Additional functionality is available if Electronic Forms Delivery is also installed and enabled.
  • Associated Source Documents
    Allows the user to associate a PDF source document with each PDF register. The PDF source document can be viewed and may be deleted in the PDF register's viewer.
  • Electronic Forms Delivery
    Designed to be used in conjunction with other Paperless Office Extended Solutions as a means of delivering documents electronically, either by e-mail or fax.
